Commission Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. (Subject to change at anytime.)
  • I am a SFW only artist. Do not ask for fetish or NSFW content or you will be blacklisted.
  • SFW references only. Censored refs are fine, nipples are fine as well, but no genitalia. I will not take a commission if you are unable to provide a SFW reference.
  • Anything not covered on here will be dealt with in a manner most fair to both parties.
  • You must be 18+ to commission me.
  • Failure to abide these terms may result in cancellation of your commission and/or permanent blacklisting.
  • I have the right to turn down any commission request and am not required to give a reason.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Work will only begin once full payment has been received.
  • I accept Paypal USD only. (no e-checks) Once I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice for payment.
  • Payment plans may be discussed on commissions that are $200 or higher.
  • Refunds may only be requested 30 days after the client has paid. I will not refund a commission that has been started on already. E.g. Sketch has already been sent.
  • I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, if the cancellation is initiated by me the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

PROGRESS & ALTERATIONS

  • If you want to know the current status of your commission, you can DM me on twitter.
  • I will send WIPs at the sketch and coloring stages. Other WIPs may be provided upon request. I will only make a max of 3 free edits (within reason) to the commission after the sketch is approved.
  • Requesting large changes that were not present on the ref/information provided beforehand and/or may require me to redo all/part of a commission may be declined, or cost an additional charge.

USAGE OF WORK

  • You may post the commissioned artwork and are always required to credit me.
  • You may not claim the artwork as your own.
  • You may not edit my artwork in any way UNLESS you have personally asked my permission.
  • You may not use my artwork commercially or resell it.
  • I do not provide un-watermarked versions of my commissions, however, you can request to have it moved/resized.
  • I have the right to post commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions.

I WILL DRAW:

  • Humans * (Please see the other section for specifics)
  • Anthro / Furry
  • Quad / Feral
  • Simple Robots and Cyborgs
  • Light Gore (scratches, cuts, bloody noses, scars)
  • Fan Characters

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Characters labeled with slurs (cboy, herm, etc.)
  • No visual references (even an MS paint drawing will suffice, no long descriptions please)
  • NSFW / Fetish (even "sfw" fetishes)
  • Genitalia
  • Gundam/Transformer type Robots / Machinery / Vehicles / Guns
  • Cultural appropriation / Racist content
  • Real Life Humans, this includes live action characters as well as characters that only have rl faceclaims
